Investor Advisory Board
Fund investors participate in an Investor Advisory Board with input on greenlighting decisions and strategic oversight.

Investor Model
Investor Model is a revenue participation model. Investors receive proportional returns based on their share of investment in the fund. Project profits flow back to the investor, into the fund for reinvestment and continued value creation, and to BDR.
The BDR Studio Fund will be managed by the Break Da Rules board and an Investor Advisory Board, mutually managing investment deployment, production decisions, and strategic partnerships.

Outright Sales
Selling production-ready content to buyers and streamers seeking exclusive or co-exclusive rights.
Co-Productions & Partnerships
Collaborating with networks, platforms, and international partners who invest during development or production in exchange for territorial or platform rights.
Licensing After Production
Financing the project independently through the fund and licensing it post-production to maximize long-term backend royalties and control.
Theatrical Releases (U.S. & International)
Releasing select projects theatrically to maximize exposure, qualify for awards, or generate premium upfront revenue in key territories.
